IRIS NOVA d.o.o. Rijeka is registered as an audit, tax consulting, financial analysis and services company.
The basic activity of our company is audit of financial statements pursuant Audit Law, accompanied by:
- audit services based on Company Act Law (founding audit, increase of subscribed capital, merging and other);
- information systems audit;
- internal audit;
- tax, accounting and other business counseling services;
- estimating values of companies, assets and liabilities;
- court expertise services;
- financial analysis and control services;
- drafting and economical evaluation of investment projects.
We render audit services since 1993 in accordance with valid legal regulations of Republic of Croatia.
The audit company and chartered auditors are members of Croatian Audit Chamber which provided them with work permits.
The company employs ten employees:

All partners (owners) have long-term experience auditing, analyzing, financial controlling as well as tax, financial and accounting counseling.
Expertise in auditing has been earned through direct and long-term education in cooperation with one of the leading world auditing firms COOPERS & LYBRAND, London with whom we cooperated through PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS INTERNATIONAL - Deutsche Revision Munchen for auditing financial statements of Xella Porobeton HR d.o.o. Zagreb (former Ytong Croatia d.o.o. Zagreb).
